Debt restructuring

Buying a Business

As part of R3’s commitment to reach all areas of insolvency practices, this half day interactive workshop is targeted at business people and their advisers and deals with the practical and legal aspects of buying a business from an insolvency practitioner.

It is an introduction to the opportunities, processes, procedures, legal issues, pitfalls and problems for those seeking to buy a distressed business. Naturally it will also be relevant to insolvency practitioners and their advisers who work in this area and particularly to those R3 members with 3 - 5 years experience.

R3’s SPG Forum

The SPG forum is a well established and popular conference in the R3 calendar.
